RECORDS REQUESTS
Public records requests made to Lincoln Preparatory School should be submitted in writing via email or regular mail to:
Transportation Request Form- must be completed and submitted to the front office. Transportation requests must be processed and confirmed with requestor before pick-up is scheduled. Find details about LPS transportation guidelines on pages 13-14 of the LPS 2023-2024 Student Handbook.
