Dr. Birdex Copeland, President, is retired from Grambling State University.  Prior to his retirement, he was a teacher and administrator for thirty-four years.  He served as Head of the Department of Sociology and the Dean of the School of Social Work.  Dr. Copeland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grambling State University, a Master of Social Work degree from Atlanta University, and the Doctor of Philosophy from Kansas State University.  He is Dean Emeritus of the School of Social Work, Grambling State University.  He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shreveport Federal Credit Union, Chairman of the Grambling Legends Square Taxing District, a member of the Grambling Economic Development Council, a former City Councilman, and a Deacon of the Mount Olive Baptist Church of Grambling.  He is married to Lolita Collins-Copeland, a retired Delta Airlines’ Flight Attendant.

Robert Wiley, Vice President, is Vice President of Commercial Loans for First National Bank, Ruston, Louisiana and owner/operator of Robert Wiley Consulting, providing tax advice and preparation assistance to individuals and businesses.  He specializes in mortgage lending, accounting and real estate services.  Mr. Wiley previously served as Vice President of Commercial Loans for First Republic Bank/BancorpSouth, Ruston, Louisiana and First National Bank, El Dorado, Arkansas as well as a Bank Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank.  He is a 1983 graduate of Grambling High School and a 1987 graduate of Grambling State University with a B.S. in Accounting.  In 1994, he earned a Banking Degree from Southern Methodist University, Southwestern School of Graduate Banking in Dallas, TX.   His wife, Susan B. Wiley is currently an instructor at Grambling State University.

Rhonda Pruitt, D.M.D, Secretaryis owner and operator of True Care Dental in Grambling, Louisiana.  Dr. Pruitt is a 1990 graduate of Grambling High School and a 1994 graduate of Grambling State University with a B.S. degree in Biology.  She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the School of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Newark, New Jersey in 1999.  

Katrina Boden, Directoris owner and operator of Superior Counseling Services, LLC, with offices in Shreveport, Ruston, and Farmerville, Louisiana.  She also owns and operates Superior Business Services, LLC.    Ms. Boden previously served as Executive Director of Helping Hands for Community Development in Shreveport and as a Teacher at Alma J. Brown Laboratory Elementary School in Grambling.  She is a 1991 graduate of Grambling High School and a 1994 graduate of Grambling State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education.  She also earned her Master of Science (M.S.) degree from Grambling State University in 1995 in Elementary Education.

Hollis Downs, Director, is retired after a career spanning 43 years with Lincoln National Corp. He retired as Regional CEO. Downs served District 12 as State Representative in the Louisiana House of Representatives for 9 years. He and his wife of 47 years Cathy are active members of Trinity UMC. A 1968 graduate of La Tech, Downs is an active alumni having taught classes, served on the Foundation board and in numerous other ways. His activities include a lifetime of civic, charitable, and mission work.

Rachael McGee-Johnson, Director, is owner and managing Accountant of Chronicles of Numbers, LLC in Shreveport, Louisiana.  McGee-Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Centenary College of Louisiana, where she graduated Cum Laude.  She also an MBA in Management from Strayer University-Online.  McGee-Johnson has over 20 years experience in effective accounting, finance and analytical practice.

Forrest Moegle, Atty-at-Law, Director, is a solo practitioner based in Ruston, Louisiana. He has represented clients from across the country in Louisiana legal matters, with a main focus on criminal defense, family law, and personal injury litigation. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law and is a member in good standing of the Lincoln Parish Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association.   

Eddie G. Robinson, III, Director, 

Lt Col (retired) Don Tatum, Director, Don W. Tatum is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Air Force in 2002 after 28 years of military service.  During this period, he served in the capacities as a Missile Combat Crew Commander; as Branch Chief and Squadron Commander; as an Inspector General and staff officer at the headquarters level and finally, as a Director of training for Wing, Group, and On Scene Commanders.  In July 2002, after retiring from Air Force, he became a Louisiana School Teacher and served for 12 years as the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor, retiring as a Louisiana Teacher in 2013.  He attended Grambling State University in 1970 thru 1972, and graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1974 with a degree in Animal Science.  He earned his Master ‘s degree in 1985 in Hospital Administration from Webster University in St Louis Missouri.  He and his wife Homer have been married for over 45 years, had five children, and all five are graduates of Grambling State University.
