Robert Wiley, President, is Vice President of Commercial Loans for First National Bank, Ruston, Louisiana and owner/operator of Robert Wiley Consulting, providing tax advice and preparation assistance to individuals and businesses.  He specializes in mortgage lending, accounting and real estate services.  Mr. Wiley previously served as Vice President of Commercial Loans for First Republic Bank/BancorpSouth, Ruston, Louisiana and First National Bank, El Dorado, Arkansas as well as a Bank Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank.  He is a 1983 graduate of Grambling High School and a 1987 graduate of Grambling State University with a B.S. in Accounting.  In 1994, he earned a Banking Degree from Southern Methodist University, Southwestern School of Graduate Banking in Dallas, TX.   His wife, Susan B. Wiley is currently an instructor at Grambling State University.

Clara Lewis, Vice Presidentis a native of Gibsland, Louisiana. She obtained a BA in Psychology in 1984, an MAT in Social Sciences in 1989 and a Masters in Developmental Education all from Grambling State University. She began her career at Grambling State University in 1985 as a residential advisor before serving as a library associate and eventually a First Year Experience Instructor/Professor for two decades. After which, she has served in various capacities including Professorships at Louisiana Delta Community College, Bossier Parish Community and South Arkansas Community College. Her experience with K-12 education includes working as a Job Coach at Ombudsman Education Services and a Case manager at AMIKids, INC. Currently Ms. Lewis works as a Case Manager for Easter Seals of Louisiana and as a Mental Health Contractor for Superior Counseling Services,LLC. In addition to her service on our Board, Mrs. Lewis is a member of St. Duty CME Church, where she serves as Co-Director of Christian Education and she is a member of the Stewardess Board. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is the mother of 4 sons who all attended GSU Lab Schools and currently resides in Arcadia, La.

Barbara McIntyre, Director, is a retired Real Estate Agent with over twenty years of experience primarily with Century 21 J. E. Barnes in Ruston working with clients and customers in the purchase and sale of residential,commercial properties, and later in property management. Received her Realtor's license in 1990 in Hampton Virginia before moving back home to Grambling in 1992.  She received an excellent education in the Grambling school system starting in kindergarten and graduating from Grambling Laboratory High School in 1968. She attended college in Hampton Institute in Hampton, Virginia from 1968-1970,graduating from Southern University in 1970 with a degree in Clothing and Textiles. Post graduate degrees in Business Management and Paralegal Certificate from Hampton University.  Locally Mrs. McIntyre has been an active member in the Greater Grambling Chamber of Commerce, having served as president for over ten years. Board Member of the Eddie G. Robinson Museum during the planning stage. Member of the Ruston CVB and Ruston Chamber of Commerce. Member of the Grambling Juneteenth Committee for over ten years. Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Epsilon Alpha Zeta Chapter. And proud member of the 1968 Class of 1968 that has remained connected for over fifteen years. She and her husband Ervin also owned and operated Sweet Peas Soul Food Restaurant in Ruston serving the community for thirteen years.  Her husband is retired Senior Chief Ervin McIntyre, daughters Pamela and Erika McIntyre.

Hollis Downs, Director, is retired after a career spanning 43 years with Lincoln National Corp. He retired as Regional CEO. Downs served District 12 as State Representative in the Louisiana House of Representatives for 9 years. He and his wife of 47 years Cathy are active members of Trinity UMC. A 1968 graduate of La Tech, Downs is an active alumni having taught classes, served on the Foundation board and in numerous other ways. His activities include a lifetime of civic, charitable, and mission work.

Eddie G. Robinson, III, Director, serves as Executive Director of the Eddie Robinson Legacy Fund which serves as the charity for one of college football's winningest coaches, Coach Eddie Robinson. Eddie III also serves as a commissioner with the Grambling Housing Authority, state appointed commissioner on the Eddie Robinson Museum board, Vice President of the Friends of the Eddie Robinson Museum, board member of the Grambling Economic Development Corp. Eddie Robinson III has worked in sports management with the New York Yankees Organization being apart of four World Series titles. Robinson also has vast experiences in for profit and nonprofit sales. Robinson also worked in the public education sector for the Atlanta Public Schools.

Elizabeth Smith, Atty-at-Law, Director, is Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Elizabeth D. Smith & Associates in Dallas, Texas and Associate Counsel at the Lewis Law Group in Houston, Texas.  She previously also served as Assistant City Attorney in Houston, Texas and Tyler, Texas.  Before law school, she was a middle school and high school teacher in Louisiana and Texas.  She is a native of Grambling, Louisiana and a graduate of Grambling High School.  She has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Grambling State University, a Master of Education degree for Prairie View A & M University and a Juris Doctorate from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.

Pamela Stewart, Atty-at-Law, Director, is a Senior Counsel for Genesis Energy, L.P. She has served as Rotary District 6190 District Governor from 2013-2014, and as Rotary Zone Assistant Rotary Public Image Coordinator from 2014-2018, and served as a Zone Trainer. She has served as President’s Representative for President Ravi Ravindran and for President Ian Riseley. She currently serves as Treasurer for Ole Man River President-Elect Training Seminar, and District Trainer for District 6190, and Zone 31 Endowment/Major Gifts Adviser. She is a Major Donor-Level 3, Bequest Society Member-Level 5, a sustaining member of the Rotary Foundation, and a recipient of the Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service.

Her community involvement includes serving as President of the Lincoln Parish Bar Association for three (3) terms, serving on a Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Hearing Committee, serving on the Board of Directors of the Grambling High Foundation, serving as Chair of the Northern Louisiana Medical Center Board of Trustees, and serving as President and a co-founder of Goodwill Lunching, Inc. She is a recipient of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Citizen Lawyer Award, a Louisiana Bar Foundation Fellow, and a member of the Judge Fred Fudickar, Jr. American Inns of Court.

Edwin Watley, Director, is a native of Bernice, LA., is a Retired Engineer and Registered Investment Advisor at Fortune 100 Corporations like General Electric, IBM, Merrill Lynch and AXA/Equitable. His career spanned over 35 years with Management positions in the Transit, Mainframe Computers, Military Defense and Financial Service Industries. Mr. Watley, an avid sports fan, also served as a NBA Certified Player Agent and NFL Contract Advisor. His family, Willis Reed, Grambling State University and Orlando Woolridge, University of Notre Dame, with long and productive NBA careers, both mentored and motivated him to enter the competitive Business of Professional Sports.

His community involvement includes; the Board of Commissioners at Reeves Memorial Medical Center in Bernice, LA., Board of Directors at the Bernice Industrial Development Corp. (BIDCO), and Founding Board Member for the Natasha Watley Foundation, in Los Angeles, CA. He is the proud father of the USA Olympic Softball Gold Medalist and World Champion. Mr. Watley also serves as the Commander of American Legion Post 519, in Bernice, LA. After retirement, he worked for the Union Parish School Board for two years teaching Math and Science at Bernice High. Mr. Watley and his wife Sabrina are both graduates from Southern University and A&M College. They are Lifetime Alumni members and support the 1880 Society- Southern University System Foundation.
